INSTRUCTIONS:

Pumpkin

• Rnd 0: CH x18. (18)
• Rnd 1: SLST in 2nd CH from hook, SLST next stitch, HDC x13, SLST the rest of 2 STs. (18)
• Rnd 2: CH, SLST BLO in the begin of 2 STs, [STx1, HDC3TOG] Repeat x6, SLST BLO the rest of 2 STs.(18)
• Rnd 3: CH, SLST BLO in the begin of 2 STs, HDC x13 , SLST BLO the rest of 2 STs. (18)
• Rnd 4: CH, SLST BLO in the begin of 2 STs, SC BLO x13, SLST BLO the rest of 2 STs. (18)
• Rnd 5: CH, SLST BLO in the begin of 2 STs, HDC FLO x13, SLST BLO the rest of 2 STs. (18)
• Rnd 6-41 Repeat the pattern: Row 2-5 x9 more times. (18)
• Assemble:
• Using a tapestry needle and the yarn tail, work whip stitches into slip stitches on one of the two openings (ribs) and tighten them to the stem’s diameter.
• Run a stitch through the stem and pumpkin opening. Fasten off

Stem

• Row 1: Make an i-cord of 4 stitches, CH x4. (4)
  • Insert hook in 2nd stitch from hook and draw a loop,
  • insert a hook in 3rd stitch and draw a loop,
  • insert a hook in 4th stitch and draw a loop.
  • Drop loops 2, 3 and 4 off the hook and hold on them. Chain 1,
  • put the 2nd loop on the hook, yarn over and chain 1,
  • put the 3rd loop on the hook, yarn over and chain 1,
  • put the 4th loop on the hook, yarn over and chain 1. (4)
  • Repeat x3 row2, Make about 3cm length or any desired length.
  • Drop loops 2, 3, 4 off the hook, hold on them and chain 1.
  • Single crochet into a bar between 2 loops,
  • Pull loop 2 back on hook and work single crochet, Single crochet into a bar between 2 loops,
  • Pull loop 3 back on hook and work single crochet, Single crochet into a bar between 2 loops,
  • Pull loop 4 back on hook and work single crochet, work last single crochet into a bar between stitches.
  • There are 7 stitches in a round. (7)
• Row 2: Increase in each stitch around. (14)
• Row 3: [SC, INC] Repeat x7. (21)
• Row 4: [SC, CH, DC, CH, SC x2] Repeat x6, SLST. (33)

• I use 100% Acrylic yarn in green, pumpkin spice.
• Use a 4mm Crochet Hook
• Scissor
